Bluewolf was founded on a simple observation: most infrastructure problems are not technology problems. They are the result of complexity nobody chose, dependencies nobody reviewed, and knowledge that lives in one person's head.
We work the other way. Fewer moving parts, well understood. Open standards over closed platforms. Systems sized for the problem, not the pitch deck. It is an approach shaped by the place we work from — where things are expected to function regardless of conditions.
